When you apply to participate in a challenge, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, Instagram and TikTok usernames, selected product, application responses, and your acknowledgment of the applicable consent statement.

When a business submits a product for consideration, we may collect the contact person’s name, business name, email address, phone number, product details, product website, and message.

When participants appear in our productions, we may process video, audio, photographs, participant names, social media handles, and related production information, subject to applicable notices, releases, and agreements.

Our hosting and security providers may automatically process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request timestamps, and diagnostic logs when you access the Services.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to review applications and product submissions, contact applicants and business representatives, administer challenges, produce and publish authorized content, operate and improve our website, maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law.

We may display participant names, handles, videos, and challenge performance information on public pages when appropriate for a challenge and subject to applicable participation terms and permissions.

4. TikTok Shop and Affiliate Data

We are developing an integration with TikTok Shop to support authorized affiliate-sales reporting and challenge leaderboards. If implemented and authorized, we will describe the actual categories of affiliate and transaction data processed, the purposes of use, and applicable retention practices before the integration is enabled.

TikTok and other third-party platforms process information under their own policies. We do not control their independent processing activities.

5. Service Providers and Disclosures

We use third-party service providers to operate and maintain our Services, including website hosting, cloud data storage, email communications, and security infrastructure.
